How do women make it to the board or management level of a company? What strategies are effective – and how have other women made it?

We will answer these questions at the WOMEN&WORK Night of the CEO. In addition to the question of how women made it to the “C-suite,” other topics are also addressed.

On December 5, host Melanie Vogel will welcome Sylvie Villepontoux, Vice-President Central Europe Air Liquide. The Frenchwoman has worked for more than 30 years at Air Liquide, one of the global market leaders in gases, technologies and services for industry and healthcare. With approximately 66,400 employees in 75 countries, Air Liquide serves more than 3.8 million customers and patients.

Villepontoux began her career in the 1990s as a sales manager in France and has since had an international career – including CEO of Air Liquide UK & Ireland and Vice President Europe for the Industrial Merchant Business Line based in Frankfurt.
