Management

According to the statutes, the Executive Board of the Gesellschaft für Informatik (GI) is responsible for all matters of the GI that are not assigned to other bodies within the organisation. It is the executive body of the organisation's activities and is chaired by the President of the GI. According to the statutes, the Executive Committee is responsible, among other things, for adopting guidelines for the work of the GI as well as for recommendations and other statements that affect the computer science community in technical, professional and social terms. The business of the board and the association is conducted by the management.
