DESCRIPTION:Smart systems and the Internet of Things (IoT) are increasingly
  penetrating our everyday life. For the societal acceptance of these applic
 ations it is essential that they can be used easily and without danger.\n\n
 For software to become SafeWare, a software that does not harm people in th
 e broadest sense, it must reliably fulfill its promised function even under
  adverse circumstances. It must be secured against unauthorized access and 
 protect the confidentiality of data. Aspects of reliability, availability, 
 fault-tolerance, security against attacks, and the protection of private an
 d secret data need to work together to achieve the transition to SafeWare.\
 n\nThe conference offers developers, manufacturers and researchers the oppo
 rtunity to initiate the necessary transition from software engineering to a
  true SafeWare Engineering.\n\nThe conference will take place jointly with 
 the conference Automotive – Safety&Security 2019
