SUMMARY:Can we work together?
DESCRIPTION:This year we are gathering together to answer the question “Can
  we work together?” How can a multi-stakeholder approach help increase gend
 er equality in tech?.\n\nThere are countless excellent initiatives, organis
 ations and projects to promote gender equality in STEM, to attract girls an
 d women to IT studies or careers, to up- and reskill women, and many more. 
 However, we still have seen relatively little progress in terms of actual p
 ercentage increase of women employed in the tech sector. All the while, the
  tech talent gap remains one of the main obstacles in the path towards smoo
 th digital transformation.\n\nThe purpose of this year’s event is to create
  a cross-sectoral dialogue and to provide our attendees with inspirational 
 examples of success stories from collaboration between different stakeholde
 rs.\n\nGI-speaker is Elisabeth Schauermann, Team Lead, German Informatics S
